We have the most interesting chats around our dinner table. One last week particularly amused me. I was sharing with my family a number of things my father always said that forever will be known as "Clyde ism's."
I was informed that I have a few of my own:
Everyone gets to choose!
Life's not fair! (in answer to, MOM that's not fair!)
and on and on!
That conversation sparked a thought. What will my children remember? From that point forward I decided they needed to see me practice what I preach! The glass IS half full! Life is not about what happens TO you, it's about how YOU react!
I CHOOSE to be happy!
